Delivery times:

In general, your order will be sent within 3 to 5 working days.

Shipping costs:

Netherlands €4,95

Belgium €7,50

Sending costs of other countries will be calculated by weight.

Delivery within the Netherlands via PostNL.

Delivery to other countries via PostNL, DHL, DPD or UPS.

Return

You can return the product within 15 days of purchase; shipping costs will be charged.

Products with an expiry date cannot be returned.

If you are not satisfied with a product with an expiry date, please contact us as soon as possible via info@cavycare.nl.

When you send back a product, please use the form below. This form may be sent by mail or by post.
